The Nitty Gritty;
- Who - Nebraska Young People In AA, You, your friends and the friends you haven't met yet.
- What - A campout of recovering young people
- When - Aug 6, 7, & 8, 2010
- Where - Lake McConaughey in Ogallala, Nebraska - specifically, Ogalalla Beach, Ogallala Beach is located 2.5 miles north of the "Y" junction of Hwy's 26/61 north of Ogallala (Gate #20). This access area offers a primitive camping and picnic area, as well as a wide, sandy beach. South of the beach area is a nice stand of mature cottonwood trees providing shade on hot summer days. The area is a favorite for visitors seeking a less crowded beach. When the lake level is high enough, Ogallala Beach is an excellent spot for bank fishing.

If you missed out on last years event, or any previous event for that matter, well then you just plain ol missed out. No reason to miss it this year. Come join one of Nebraska Young People's Premier events, Eat The BIG Pig! A weekend filled with fun & frivolity. Meet and make new friends, walk, fish, swim, sunbathe, meditate and sit around some fires. Then join us on the beach for a firside meeting followed by a dance with a live band. It's a fantastic time.
